The next quarterly status hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 10:00am in Courtroom 3-North at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. This will be an in-person hearing. Any member of the public who wishes to speak at the hearing may do so by registering at Courtroom 3-North between 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. on the day of the hearing. Statements by members of the public will be taken in the order individuals sign up and will be limited to five minutes per person. All persons who address the Court must speak from the lectern, state their name, and direct their comments to the Court.
